I havent been able to work on my website until around 20:00 because I went to Germany today for some grocery shopping and
got some awesome stuff for myself too!! I bought one dinosaur keychain and a cute plushie who kind of looks
like a hybrid bug or something 🙃. And because I love Ninjago so much, I also bought some cards and got mega lucky?!
I got one part of one of the rarest cards from the entire set. I'm so cool now. 😎 (No one cares about these cards man).
I only made the entire character list, made pictures of my lego and drew some of my characters.
So yeah, not the most productive day but I'm happy with what I've done so far!
Made some pictures and art for the character lore and world. I'ts kind of addicting to make my website for some reason? Destroying my sleep schedule (not on purpose, I swear)
because its just so fun making my pages. I fixed a few little things that bugged me on my home page and thats it. I've got a headache 😵💫 I wanted to create the character list page but life sucks when you got a painfull headache.
So I finally decided to check out the
syllabus, read something about semantic elements and realized
that I barely have any and mainly use ◁div▷ for like.. everything. 😟
I read some stuff on reddit of people debating whether sem.elem. are
really necessary, but I'ts actually just making me feel more insecure about how
I'm writing my code atm. So uh.. yeah.. 🥲 I guess I'll try to use more
sem.elem. while I make my other pages.
Maybe I shouldn't worry that much, since I'ts literally day 3 of me making a website.
(17:30) I barely got anything done, I added some blinkies and fun pictures
to my 'about me' page but I've been pretty lazy today.
(19:06) I figured out how to add a custom cursor, not entirely though. When hovering over a link it dissapears. Unfortunately the cursor doesn't work on neocities for some reason.
But I dont really mind a.t.m.
(00:20) I'ts late, Im aware, but I've made alot today. I finished my 'About me' completely, changed the look of my home page, added a gif of an animation that I made,
made a neocities account and have published my site (I still write all of my code in VSCode). Anyways, goodnight for now!
Today I've been adding more elements to my website!
Ive also created the entire blog section
so that I can finally capture all the work I've made so far.
Today I also found out how to color
the scrollbar and how to make text rainbow!!
Today I also got a tiny motherboard from one of
my moms friends who would like me to learn Arduino.
I'm pretty interested so I might learn that after webdesign :p
I also made half of the 'about me' page, took me a while to
understand how I could also use classes for tr and td 😴
